Kreoga Chain

Three inches long chain made from essaence inhibiting kregora/eog alloy. Has various uses. Can be used to negate incoming spells. When spun from the hand in direction of hostile magic, adds +100 (+25 when chain is not spun) to target's RR (no effect vs. elemental spells, skill must be developed using Ag and Qu, only skill rolls over 100 get the full RR bonus when spun). Can be used to bind spell users to help cancel magic ability. Can also be used to nullify magic items or their signatures (e.g., can be used to wrap around Magic Lock, to annul magic bonus while picking). Anyone within 10' of chain is drained of 1 PP/2 hours, and must make an ESF roll when casting, treating the spell as if it were 5 levels above his own. Anyone in contact with chain is drained of 1 PP/hour, and must make an ESF roll, treating the spell as if it were 10 levels above his own.

Si alguien la lleva puesta tiene +25 a todas las RR's mágicas. PERO pierde 1 Power Point por hora, y cuando tire spells se considera que son 10 niveles más (para la dificultad de tirarlos, no para el poder).

La gente a 3 metros de la cadena pierde 1 Power Point cada 2 horas, y debe considerar sus spells como 5 niveles más (para la dificultad de tirarlos, no para el poder).

Si se pone sobre un item mágico, hay 25% de chances de que no funcione, o se reduce el poder en 25% (dependiendo de cada caso se verá).

Se puede desarrollar un skill en la categoría Special Attacks, que cuesta 2 development points, y usa el bonus de (Ag+Qu)/2, para hacer una maniobra que permita subir el bonus de RR a +100 (hay que saber que se está siendo blanco de un spell, etc.)
